We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are currently looking for reliable and hardworking new team members who have great communication skills to join our team in a prominent residential and retail precinct located at 17 Village Boulevard, Southport QLD 4215. Is perfectly positioned in the heart of Southport, just 5km from Surfers Paradise and 3km from the Gold Coast CBD.
The role:
- Full Time contract
- Shifts: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:06pm. (38 hours per week)
Requirements:
- Police check (1 year validity)
- Good communication skills
- Cleaning experience
- Available to work on those hours
- Full time work rights
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for coordinating the work of Grade 1 Cleaners on site, being the first point of contact with our client and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered for them. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- General cleaning duties, including common areas etc
- Supervision of onsite cleaning
- Participation in morning briefings
- Operation of cleaning machinery (e.g. vacuums, steam cleaners, scrubbers, etc.)
- Responsibility for maintaining cleaning standards on site
- Managing and resolving client feedback and reporting outcomes to the client
- Working closely with the onsite team and Cirka management
Essencial experience in:
- Managing people
- Site inspections
- Staff training
- Indidents reports
- Performance reviews
