About the team
Ready to defend one of the most dynamic platforms in crypto? Join the Risk Tech Team at Binance, where we build real-time risk control systems that protect hundreds of millions of users and billions of dollars in daily trading volume. We tackle fraud detection, anti-money laundering (AML), account security, transaction monitoring, and adversarial behavior at scale — combining rule engines, big data, and AI/ML to stay ahead of evolving threats. If you're excited about high-throughput systems, low-latency decisioning, and solving cat-and-mouse problems that directly safeguard user assets, this is the team for you.
- Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of Binance's core risk control platform and decisioning services
- Contribute to the implementation of real-time risk rules, scoring models, and feature pipelines for fraud, AML, and account security scenarios
- Write and maintain technical documentation for risk service interfaces and business modules
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues raised by the QA team and ensure system stability
- Collaborate with the Risk Operations and CS teams to investigate cases, classify root causes, and feed insights back into system improvements
- Computer Science or related major, Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Solid Java foundation with a good understanding of fundamentals such as multithreading, concurrency, JVM, and networking
- Familiar with the Spring / Spring Cloud microservice framework and its underlying mechanisms
- Familiar with MySQL and common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka
- Interest in risk control, anti-fraud, big data, or AI/ML applied to security scenarios is a strong plus
- Strong logical thinking, a good sense of teamwork, and strong learning ability
- Experience contributing to open source projects is preferred
