Are you passionate about building mission-critical payment switching solutions? We are looking for a skilled BASE24 / ACI UPF Developer to join our growing payments technology team and contribute to the development of next-generation transaction processing platforms.
This role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining payment switching solutions using BASE24 and ACI UPF. It involves end-to-end development, system integration, and support across the SDLC, with strong emphasis on payment systems, technical programming, and collaboration with stakeholders. The position requires solid expertise in transaction processing, interface development, and industry standards such as ISO 8583, along with experience in Agile environments and modern infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Implement and configure ACI UPF solutions based on approved designs
✅ Develop, customize, and maintain ACI UPF interfaces
✅ Integrate payment switches with channels, host systems, and external platforms
✅ Participate in system design, development, testing, and production support
✅ Develop MIS reports and support business reporting requirements
✅ Drive automation initiatives and continuous system improvements
✅ Work across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
✅ Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical discussions
✅ Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, users, and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 5+ years of experience in transaction switching and payment processing systems
✔ Strong hands-on experience with BASE24 and knowledge of UPF architecture
✔ Experience with ACI UPF development and configuration preferred
✔ Expertise in Groovy scripting, SDK usage, and interface development
✔ Strong programming skills in C++, Java, and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting
✔ Excellent debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience working with Linux and VMware environments
✔ Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standards and XML technologies
✔ Experience supporting payment network certifications (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB)
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience configuring security keys for interchanges, terminals, and host interfaces
⭐ Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
⭐ Experience working in Agile delivery environments
