Full Job Description

Location: Silverwater, NSW, with travel to Zagarra stores as required
Work arrangement: On-site
Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience

Zagarra is looking for an organised and reliable team member to support the day-to-day operations of our footwear business.

This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer service, Shopify administration, order fulfilment and general office duties. It would suit someone who enjoys working across different areas and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Managing customer service emails and enquiries
Assisting customers with orders, returns, exchanges and product questions
Processing and updating orders through Shopify
Completing general Shopify and e-commerce administration
Picking and packing customer orders when required
Assisting with stock and warehouse-related tasks
Performing general administrative duties
Supporting the wider team with daily business operations
Travelling to our Leichhardt and Piccadilly stores when required

About You

Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with customers
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on enquiries
Reliable, proactive and willing to help wherever needed
Comfortable assisting with physical tasks such as picking and packing orders
Shopify or e-commerce experience is preferred but not essential
Previous customer service, retail, administration or warehouse experience would be beneficial
Must have a valid driver’s licence, access to a car and the ability to commute between Silverwater, Leichhardt and Piccadilly as needed
