Location: Silverwater, NSW, with travel to Zagarra stores as required

Zagarra is looking for an organised and reliable team member to support the day-to-day operations of our footwear business.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining customer service, Shopify administration, order fulfilment and general office duties. It would suit someone who enjoys working across different areas and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer service emails and enquiries
- Assisting customers with orders, returns, exchanges and product questions
- Processing and updating orders through Shopify
- Completing general Shopify and e-commerce administration
- Picking and packing customer orders when required
- Assisting with stock and warehouse-related tasks
- Performing general administrative duties
- Supporting the wider team with daily business operations
- Travelling to our Leichhardt and Piccadilly stores when required
About You
- Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with customers
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
- Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through on enquiries
- Reliable, proactive and willing to help wherever needed
- Comfortable assisting with physical tasks such as picking and packing orders
- Shopify or e-commerce experience is preferred but not essential
- Previous customer service, retail, administration or warehouse experience would be beneficial
- Must have a valid driver’s licence, access to a car and the ability to commute between Silverwater, Leichhardt and Piccadilly as needed
