About you
We are looking for a proactive Facilities Clerk to join our Sydney office on a permanent basis. This role will be working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Your role
This full-time role will support the professional running of office operations and facilities through carrying out a range of tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
Key duties include:
Facilities
- Sort, distribute and send all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Attend to hand deliveries within the Sydney CBD.
- Court filing.
- Arrange couriers.
- Organise maintenance requests and repairs for our premises and equipment, liaise with contractors and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain stock levels and presentation of kitchen and common areas, including regular cleaning of appliances.
Operations
- Assist with incoming, transferring and outgoing staff movements.
- Assist with desk moves and new starter set-ups, relocating office equipment and furniture.
- Order and maintain stationery, general supplies and office equipment.
- Organise set up and reset of rooms for events and meetings.
- Report building maintenance requests and issues to building management and coordinate resolutions with assistance from Operations team.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices as required with assistance from Operations team.
- Contribute to health and safety practices in conjunction with building management.
- Maintain procedures for couriers, handling mail, office supplies and consumables.
Client Service
- Provide relief cover for reception
- General administrative duties and support as required
