We’re looking to grow our team of Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners who are ready to bring their skills, creativity, and compassion to a space that celebrates individuality, collaboration, and real change - not just compliance boxes.

About the Role

We’re seeking Registered Behaviour Support Practitioners with a focus of Early Childhood who are ready to take the next step - either in a contractor capacity or as a permanent team member (If the right fit)

You’ll work alongside a transdisciplinary crew of passionate Behaviour Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, OTs, and Speech Pathologists - all working toward real, sustainable outcomes for participants and their families.

Key bits of the role:

Develop and implement high-quality Interim and Comprehensive BSPs.
Provide training and coaching to support teams and families.
Engage in case discussions and collaborative planning (we love ideas!).
Use your voice in shaping how behaviour support should feel - practical, positive, and participant-first.

What You’ll Bring

Current registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner under the NDIS Commission PBS Capability Framework
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in working with / or has a background in Early Childhood.
Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice, and restrictive practice legislation.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A collaborative, kind, and flexible mindset - the Lime Rainbow way.
