Who we are looking for

We have an ongoing full-time position for a Records Administrator to assist in the administration and lifecycle management of our electronic and hardcopy records. Based in the Warrnambool office, this position comes with a generous salary of $72,170 to $76,019 p.a. plus superannuation.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be:

Registering, classifying and distributing general mail and emails.
Responsible for supporting the operational management of the corporate library, the plans database and our archives.
Assisting with management of our Electronic Document and Records Management Systems and the development and delivery of records management marketing, communication and training.
Providing assistance and advice to employees regarding our information management practices and systems.
Assisting in the formation and review of our records management procedures, guidelines and intranet content.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with:

A positive demeanour with the ability to work effectively and constructively as part of a team.
Demonstrated understanding and experience of records management principles and practices.
Experience in library or an information management role.
Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Experience with MS Office suite, together with advanced computer and technical skills.
