Key Relationships
The Student Onboarding Assistant reports to the Director of
Enrolments and works closely with the Enrolments Team, Prep and
Senior School offices, ITC, and Marketing and Communications. The
Student Onboarding Assistant is ultimately accountable to the
Principal, via the Director of Business Operations.
Position Objective:
The Student Onboarding Assistant is responsible for building strong, positive relationships with families
while managing the new family onboarding process. This role is pivotal in coordinating across Enrolments,
Prep and Senior School offices, ITC, and Marketing and Communications to ensure a seamless and
supportive experience for new and existing families. The Student Onboarding Assistant ensures accurate
and timely use of the School’s CRM and information systems to support clear communication, streamline
onboarding, and provide a customer-first approach to the Westminster community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Family Engagement & Onboarding
- Manage the experience for new families joining the school from enrolment until familiarisation
with the sub-school processes, continuously improving the experience for families.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new families, providing personalised support and guidance.
- Coordinate the new family onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the School
community.
- Develop strong relationships with new families, enhancing engagement and satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with Prep and Senior School offices to ensure continuity and consistency in
family communications.
2. CRM & Data Management
- Access data from the School’s CRM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and compliance with
privacy requirements.
