What You’ll Do

Lead Electrical & Instrumentation teams across installation, testing, pre‑commissioning and commissioning
Keep work fronts moving by ensuring drawings, materials, permits and work packs are ready
Provide technical guidance, resolve issues early, and maintain high-quality delivery
Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all activities
Oversee mechanical completion and punch list close-out to achieve clean handovers

What You Bring Must‑Haves

5+ years’ experience supervising electrical or E&I teams
Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
Strong background in industrial construction, mining, oil & gas or energy projects
Proven commissioning and mechanical completion experience
Confident leadership style with strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Bonus Points

EWP, Working at Heights, CPR/LVR
Experience with substation installation
Exposure to large-scale EPC or major resources projects
