What You’ll Do
- Lead Electrical & Instrumentation teams across installation, testing, pre‑commissioning and commissioning
- Keep work fronts moving by ensuring drawings, materials, permits and work packs are ready
- Provide technical guidance, resolve issues early, and maintain high-quality delivery
- Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all activities
- Oversee mechanical completion and punch list close-out to achieve clean handovers
What You Bring Must‑Haves
- 5+ years’ experience supervising electrical or E&I teams
- Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
- Strong background in industrial construction, mining, oil & gas or energy projects
- Proven commissioning and mechanical completion experience
- Confident leadership style with strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Bonus Points
- EWP, Working at Heights, CPR/LVR
- Experience with substation installation
- Exposure to large-scale EPC or major resources projects
