We're looking for an energetic and highly organised Management Assistant to provide support to several senior Tribe Leaders and their cross-functional teams across our Retail Banking business. This is a varied and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our Retail Banking business, giving you exposure across a wide range of stakeholders while playing an important role in keeping our teams connected, organised, and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Provide high-level diary and calendar management for senior leaders, coordinating busy schedules and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
Support team governance by organising meetings and forums, preparing agendas, tracking actions, and managing stakeholder follow-ups.
Manage team administration including travel bookings, invoice processing, onboarding activities, system access requests, and operational support.
Coordinate team communications and engagement activities, including newsletters, town halls, recognition programs, and team events.
Build strong relationships across the business and act as a trusted point of contact for a diverse range of stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Experience in an Administration, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to work autonomously and take initiative.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the professionalism to support senior leaders.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of integrity when handling confidential information.
