About the role:

CSR are seeking an experienced and hands-on PM Distribution Centre Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift operations at Wetherill Park.

This role is ideal for a supervisor who thrives on leading people through change, building accountability, improving processes and creating a strong team culture. You'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused warehouse operations while working closely with Production, Inventory, Customer Service and Transport teams.

Your role will include:

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
Drive accountability by setting clear performance expectations and addressing issues proactively.
Support change initiatives and help build team engagement through effective communication.
Foster strong collaboration with supervisors across all shifts to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, productivity and service performance.
Monitor warehouse operations, inventory accuracy and despatch activities to meet customer requirements.
Manage rosters, timesheets, payroll administration and labour hire requirements.
Champion safety, WHSE compliance and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
Lead toolbox talks, housekeeping activities and ongoing safety initiatives.
Ensure accurate warehouse documentation, cycle counts and reporting.

What you bring to the role

Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution supervisory role.
SAP experience and confidence working with warehouse systems and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management and despatch processes.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational change.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.
Sound knowledge of WHSE policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations.
Excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
A hands-on approach and commitment to safety, service and continuous improvement.
