As an Account Manager at Bunnings, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for our Commercial customers. This is a role where relationship building, strategic thinking and customer focus come together to create real impact. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth and provide tailored solutions that help their businesses thrive.

This role will mainly look after customers in the Newcastle/Hunter region and ideally the successful candidate will be based in that area. The role does come with a fully maintained company vehicle.
What's involved
As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with Commercial customers in particular ideally with builders, becoming a trusted partner to their business
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share within your region
- Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver strong commercial outcomes
- Collaborate with teams across the Bunnings network to ensure customers receive the best possible experience across price, range and service
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities and respond to changing customer needs
- Manage budgets and performance targets while balancing customer value and business outcomes
- Contribute to a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility and remains at the centre of how we work
About You
You're someone who enjoys building genuine relationships and finding solutions that make a difference for customers. You bring energy, curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and delivering results.

- Experience in a sales, account management or business development role
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
