About the Role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures, while achieving compliance and financial targets.
Build lasting relationships with families and the local community, using your leadership and marketing expertise to drive occupancy growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve and maintain high-quality outcomes in line with the National Quality Standards.
Foster a positive culture focused on collaboration, professional growth, and exceptional educational outcomes for children.

About You

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role.
Current Working with Children's Check.
Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
