- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures, while achieving compliance and financial targets.
- Build lasting relationships with families and the local community, using your leadership and marketing expertise to drive occupancy growth.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve and maintain high-quality outcomes in line with the National Quality Standards.
- Foster a positive culture focused on collaboration, professional growth, and exceptional educational outcomes for children.
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager leadership role.
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
