What you’ll do:
We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist – Digital & Communications to support the delivery of digital marketing and communications activity across our pharmacy wholesale network. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our promotional programs and digital experiences to life across multiple brands including, but not limited to Soul Pattinson Chemist, Pharmacist Advice, and the Club Premium Independent pharmacy program.
Key responsibilities include :
- Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across website, EDM, SMS, and paid social channels
- Coordinating website content updates, promotional campaigns, and digital assets to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
- Delivering end-to-end EDM and SMS communications, including briefing, proofing, approvals, scheduling, and deployment
- Managing supplier-funded digital campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery, tracking, and performance reporting
- Set up, deploy, monitor, and optimise paid social advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future activity
- Creating and coordinating promotional and operational communications for pharmacy partners
Maintaining quality assurance, governance, and compliance standards across all digital and communication activities

What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a digital marketing, marketing operations, communications, or campaign execution role, with demonstrated end-to-end delivery accountability across owned channels (website, EDM and/or SMS)
- WordPress experience (hands-on) including updating website content and coordinating banner/content changes
- Experience working with creative studios, agencies, or print/digital production workflows (briefing, trafficking, proofing, approvals)
- Experience coordinating or executing paid social advertising (campaign setup, monitoring, optimisation and reporting)
- Intermediate PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, with proven proofing and version control discipline
- Desirable: demonstrated interest and capability using AI tools to improve speed/quality (drafting, reformatting, summarising, proof-check prompts, checklist automation)
Tertiary qualification (Marketing, Business or Communications)
