The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Lawyer (1-3 years’ PQE) to join our Melbourne Property team, working alongside Pablo Fernandez and James Price and their team. In this role, you will act for a diverse range of institutional clients, fund managers and corporate clients, and play a key role in supporting transactions across the property lifecycle.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leasing agreements
- Sales and acquisitions of commercial assets
- Conducting due diligence and transaction management
General commercial property advisory work

Who We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Between 1-3 years’ experience from a highly regarded property practice
- Experience in commercial leasing
- Experience with high value property sales and acquisitions and acting for sophisticated clients
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- A commercially minded approach and strong attention to detail
- A minimum credit average academic history from a well-respected university
