In this role, you'll:
Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals supporting complex tolling applications and services.
Oversee the delivery of 24/7 Level 2 and Level 3 support, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and effectively.
Drive operational excellence through monitoring, alerting, reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on tolling technology solutions, enhancements, and defect resolution.
Manage third-party vendors and service providers to deliver high-quality outcomes and service performance.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and industry standards, including vulnerability management and relevant compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders to align technology services with customer and organisational needs.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, customer focus, and collaboration across the team.

About you
You are a collaborative and customer-focused technology leader with strong experience managing application support and operational technology environments. You thrive in fast-paced, complex settings and have a proven ability to balance service reliability, stakeholder expectations, and continuous improvement.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Demonstrated experience leading technology operations, support, and project delivery teams.
Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, databases (SQL and Oracle), and ideally tolling technologies.
Experience working within 24/7 production support environments.
Knowledge of IT Service Management practices, with ITIL experience highly regarded.
Experience using application monitoring and service management tools, such as ServiceNow.
Proven capability managing vendors and third-party service providers.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to translate complex technical information into clear business outcomes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
