Marand Precision Engineering is seeking Aircraft Assembly Operators to join our growing team, supporting the manufacture and assembly of military aircraft structures for Australia's aerospace and defence industry. This is a hands-on role suited to mechanically minded individuals who enjoy precision work, working with tools, and building high-quality products in a team environment.

- Have a strong mechanical aptitude?
- Have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity?

- Enjoy working in a structured, process-driven environment?
If so, we'd love to hear from you. We operate across both Day Shift and Afternoon Shift, so flexibility across shifts is highly regarded.
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace or similar industries will be highly regarded.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings (advantageous).
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Structural assembly
- Drilling, reaming, deburring and countersinking
- Sealant application
- Measuring equipment including verniers, gauges and calipers
- Composite bonding
- Pneumatic tooling
