Description & Requirements

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Manager (SMP & E&I) to lead the delivery of a major mineral processing and materials handling construction project.

This role will initially be based in our Perth office, supporting early-stage planning, engineering, and mobilisation, before transitioning to site on a 2:1 FIFO roster during execution. This is a key leadership position on a large-scale project, with strong pipeline continuity beyond initial delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead an effective construction, engineering, project services and support team to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance and innovation to successfully deliver the project
Manage project commercials, budgets/construction metrics, forecasting and change management
Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met
Effectively manage and provide leadership to the project team
Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture
Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention

What you’ll bring:

A customer-centric mindset and strong value of safety
Proven site-based Project Management experience executing major multi-disciplinary (SMP E&I) $100M+ resource construction contracts for a Tier 1 contractor
Experience managing large scale multi-disciplinary workforces.
Tertiary or Trade qualifications in a relevant discipline
Proven leadership capabilities in building, developing and leading a cohesive and high-performance team
An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement and successful delivery methods
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively prepare correspondence, reports and instructions
Sound knowledge working to AS/NZ ISO: 9001 Quality Standards
