Senior Occupational Therapist (Vietnamese Speaking Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our growing and supportive Allied Health team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, provide clinical leadership, and support clients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across a varied caseload
Conduct assessments and develop person-centred intervention plans
Complete functional assessments and clinical reports
Mentor and support junior clinicians where required
Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
Contribute to positive client outcomes and service excellence

Essential Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
Minimum 3 years' Occupational Therapy experience
Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and report-writing skills
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Full Australian working rights

Desirable

Ability to speak Vietnamese
Experience working within the NDIS sector
Experience with functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, and home modifications
Previous mentoring or leadership experience
