Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across a varied caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop person-centred intervention plans
- Complete functional assessments and clinical reports
- Mentor and support junior clinicians where required
- Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals
- Contribute to positive client outcomes and service excellence
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 3 years' Occupational Therapy experience
- Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and report-writing skills
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Full Australian working rights
Desirable
- Ability to speak Vietnamese
- Experience working within the NDIS sector
- Experience with functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, and home modifications
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience

Pay: $83,191.89 – $128,660.08 per year
