The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to join an organisation in the infrastructure and construction sector
Build your portfolio legal career with this well-known business

About You:

You are an experienced corporate and infrastructure lawyer with experience in a top-tier private practice and/or large ASX-listed organisations
You have demonstrated expertise in complex transactions within transport, energy, roads or related sectors
You have in-depth knowledge of infrastructure law and contractual frameworks
You have rail transit systems experience and have the ability to work on rail refranchising projects
You have the ability to provide clear, high-quality, strategic, commercially focussed legal advice
You have the ability to identify and manage legal and contractual risks aligned with a business' risk guardrails and commercial objectives
You have experience supporting project governance frameworks, approvals and reporting processes to ensure compliance with policies while ensuring robust, informed decision-making
You have the ability to deliver clear, concise advice that integrates legal and commercial considerations for executive decision-making.
You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distil complex issues into actionable insights
You have strong negotiation skills and sound commercial judgment
You have a track record of building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
You have the ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
You have a minimum of 6 years' experience
You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
You have a current practising certificate
You have the right to live and work in Australia
