Key Responsibilities
● Lead full lifecycle Marketing Cloud Engagement/Marketing Cloud Next projects – discovery, solution design, configuration, integration, deployment, training, and adoption.
● Translate complex business & marketing requirements into scalable Marketing Cloud Engagement/Marketing Cloud Next solutions.
● Design and implement multi-channel campaigns leveraging Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Automation Studio.
● Configure Marketing Cloud Engagement/ Marketing Cloud Next and apply best practices in data design, automation, segmentation and campaign execution.
● Build and optimise personalised journeys using AMPscript, SSJS, and advanced configuration.
● Collaborate with architects and technical teams to ensure seamless cross-cloud integrations (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
● Conduct workshops, training, and enablement sessions to drive client adoption.
● Stay ahead of Marketing Cloud product releases and industry trends, advising clients on innovative solutions.
● Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and solution accelerators.
Qualifications and Skills:
● 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with a proven track record of leading large-scale, multi-cloud projects.
● Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant + Administrator certifications required; Architect or Specialist certifications highly valued.
● Mastery of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio, plus advanced AMPscript & SSJS.
● Experience in multi-cloud solutioning and integrations (Sales, Service, Experience, or Data Cloud).
● Ability to set technical direction and enforce best practices across projects.
● Proven success in leading teams of consultants, managing deliverables, and mentoring juniors.
● Strong background in executive stakeholder engagement, C-level advisory, and roadmap definition.
● Skilled at balancing strategic consulting with hands-on delivery when needed.
● Comfortable managing multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously.
● Passion for driving innovation and transformation in industries such as healthcare, public sector, and enterprise.
● Contributes to practice development, thought leadership, and building accelerators or reusable assets.
● Active in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., events, communities, user groups).
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with customers in public sector
● Knowledge of applications, relational databases and web technologies.
● Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape including but not limited to Google Adwords, Meta etc.
● Data Cloud knowledge would be preferred.
● Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Next (Growth & Advanced) would be desired.
● Experience with Agile development methodologies.
● A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
● Actively developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organisations.
Pay: $104,579.04 – $200,000.00 per year
