This role can be based in either Adelaide, SA or Sydney, NSW, providing the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across Enerven's growing national operations.
As Head of Commercial, you will provide strategic commercial leadership across Enerven's project portfolio, ensuring commercial decisions drive value, manage risk and support successful project outcomes.
Reporting to the General Manager Finance & Commercial, you will lead a high-performing team of Commercial Managers and Contract Administrators while partnering closely with executive leaders, project directors, finance, legal and operational teams across the business.

- Lead the commercial function across Enerven's project portfolio
- Provide strategic commercial advice to Executive Leadership, Project Directors and Delivery teams
- Oversee contract negotiation, administration and governance across major projects
- Drive commercial strategy, risk management and value creation initiatives
- Lead claims, dispute resolution and contract performance activities
- Ensure robust commercial reporting, forecasting and margin management practices
- Support major bid submissions, procurement activities and commercial negotiations
- Develop and mentor a team of Commercial Managers and Contract Administrators
- Build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, legal advisors and key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across commercial processes, systems and governance frameworks
- Other requirements
Occasional intrastate and interstate travel may be required

To be successful you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Significant commercial leadership experience within infrastructure, utilities, energy, construction or major projects environments
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing commercial teams
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, contract administration and commercial governance
- Experience managing commercial risk, claims and dispute resolution processes
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including cost control, forecasting and margin management
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working across large-scale project portfolios and complex contractual environments
