About the role
- Coordinate statewide and regional specific LLND learning support resources and training material.
- Support volunteer Coordinators and assist with statewide program operations.
- Strengthen communication between coordinators, volunteers, stakeholders and the Manager.
- Build and maintain high‑quality resources and learning strategies for tutors and students.
- Develop marketing, promotions and social media activity.
- Provide responsive customer service to students and volunteers.
- Specialise in developing robust database systems, designing efficient volunteer management processes, delivering technical training and building insightful reporting frameworks.
You’ll have free parking at the Leederville campus, and there is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave.
