Position: – Appointment Setters - Inbound Calls - No Outbound/No Cold Calling

Work Mode: Fully Remote - Work From Home

Pay out: $25 - $30 Per Hour + Super

Location: WORK FROM HOME

About the Role:

You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support - INBOUND ONLY NO COLD CALLING.
Understand about the TECHNICAL issue customer has called for and offer/schedule on site appointments after quoting the prices.
Target Oriented Profile.

Essential Requirements for this role:

Prior Experience in calling/customer service/Sales/Front Desk Receptionist/Appointment setter in Australia.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
Strong Sales and Upselling Skills
Target Oriented Person.
Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
You have to be based in AUSTRALIA and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered)
When working from home, should have a working windows computer, high speed internet, headset with noise cancellation facility.

Important things to know before you apply:

Training will be provided. Please note the training will be for 2-4 hours and shall be unpaid.
Immediate Starters Preferred.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
