Position: – Appointment Setters - Inbound Calls - No Outbound/No Cold Calling

About the Role:
- You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support - INBOUND ONLY NO COLD CALLING.
- Understand about the TECHNICAL issue customer has called for and offer/schedule on site appointments after quoting the prices.
- Target Oriented Profile.
Essential Requirements for this role:
- Prior Experience in calling/customer service/Sales/Front Desk Receptionist/Appointment setter in Australia.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
- Strong Sales and Upselling Skills
- Target Oriented Person.
- Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
- You have to be based in AUSTRALIA and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered)
- When working from home, should have a working windows computer, high speed internet, headset with noise cancellation facility.

- Training will be provided. Please note the training will be for 2-4 hours and shall be unpaid.
