As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, working closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure that the development team delivers value to the business. What you’ll do:

Define, communicate and own the product vision and strategy

Ensure product alignment with firmwide strategy and global architecture standards

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
-
Decision maker for the product backlog and resourcing
-
Communicate with development team to align the product goals
-
Review product metrics to inform and drive business value

Drive product success, user adoption and awareness including usage compliance and controls

Manage the product lifecycle including budget ownership and product related commercial impacts and recommendations
What we’re looking for:
Technology Specific Experience
-
Strong experience with Power BI (data modelling, dashboards, self-service analytics)
-
Essential experience with Databricks or equivalent data platforms (data lakes, APIs, data pipelines)
-
Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle (data prep, model development, deployment, monitoring)
-
Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as:
-
ServiceNow (ticketing / workflow)
-
SharePoint or similar portals (front door / user access layer)
-
Strong technical literacy in:

Data modelling and data architecture
-
Data integration and platform capabilities
-
Familiarity with data governance frameworks, model risk management, and responsible AI principles
Industry Experience

Experience in a professional services or consulting environment, with:

Multiple stakeholder groups and competing priorities

High demand for data-driven insights and reporting:

Proven ability to operate within :

Federated data and technology environments

Experience managing enterprise-scale data products or platforms
