What you’ll do:

Support the delivery of large-scale operational transformation programs within an agile environment

Assist in preparing key project materials such as presentations, reports, steering committee packs, and communications using Microsoft platforms, especially PowerPoint
-
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and provide guidance and support to junior team members and associates
-
Take direction from Managers and Senior Managers to help drive project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations

Adapt to changing priorities and apply structured problem-solving techniques to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting

Engage directly with clients on-site, building strong working relationships through effective verbal and written communication

Contribute to multiple engagements across different industries and functions, gaining broad exposure and experience

Align your work with the firm’s broader strategy, showing interest and motivation to understand and apply emerging AI strategies where relevant
What we’re looking for:

Experience or interest in consulting, continuous improvement, or project delivery

Willingness to grow into managing larger transformation programs by supporting seasoned team members

Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and engage confidently with clients and stakeholders through both verbal and written communication

Emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in face-to-face client settings and within diverse teams

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assist in translating data into actionable insights

Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, adaptable to shifting priorities and tasks

Motivated to learn about operational transformation methodologies and emerging technologies such as AI, aligning your work with broader firm strategies

Proficient experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint
