Your Role:

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our senior executive team for a 12-month contract This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage complex schedules, coordinate key projects, and act as a trusted partner to executives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

You play a critical role in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and one other exec leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
Act as the primary point of contact between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Manage and prioritise incoming requests, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, events, and presentations, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.
Mentor a team of Executive Assistants nationally, helping drive a high performing Administrative function

Who are you?

Proven experience (5+ years) as an Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leadership in a media, marketing, or communications environment.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling confidential information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
