PA (Personal Assistant) to the Head of Senior School and Director of Senior School Operations
Permanent, term-time role, commencing during Term 3, 2026
Inaburra School is an independent, K-12 coeducational Christian School in the Sutherland shire, increasingly recognised amongst independent schools as a centre for innovation and creativity in education. The School is currently inviting applications for a PA to the Head of Senior School and Director of Senior School Operations, commencing during Term 3, 2026. This is a term-time only role, with limited additional hours in school holiday periods.
The PA to the Head of Senior School and Director of Senior School Operations provides high-level, confidential administrative, strategic, and Christian leadership support. Serving as a trusted, accessible and empathetic point of contact for staff and parents, the PA proactively listens and addresses concerns, resolving issues informally or directing concerns through the correct channels before they require escalation to senior leadership. This is a position with significant responsibility, contributing to the success of Inaburra’s educational mission.
Additionally, the PA works with the Director of Senior School Operations to oversee the management and planning of a variety of Senior School or whole school events and processes, as well as the day-to-day strategic management of their executive calendar, meeting requests and workflow.
The successful candidate will need:
- A personal and sincere Christian faith with demonstrated active involvement in your local church community
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build connections with staff, students, families and the wider school community
- Ability to collaborate and be flexible with professionalism
- Demonstrated confidence in the use of technology
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistant position, preferably in an education setting
