Administration Officer – Join a Leading Earthmoving Attachment Company

Location: Burnside QLD 4560
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: $27 - $30 p/hour based on experience

We are a fast-growing Australian manufacturer and supplier of premium earthmoving attachments, servicing customers across the construction, civil, agricultural, demolition, and earthmoving industries. With a reputation built on quality products, exceptional customer service, and industry expertise, we're looking for a motivated Administration Officer to become a key part of our team.

The Opportunity:

This is a diverse and fast-paced role that will see you supporting our sales, operations, and management teams while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
Processing customer orders and preparing sales documentation
Raising invoices, purchase orders, and managing data entry
Assisting with freight bookings and delivery coordination
Maintaining customer and supplier records
Supporting the sales team with quotations and administration tasks
General office administration and filing
Assist with customer follow-up activities
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and suppliers

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous administration or office experience (preferred but not needed)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
