About your role

As a Senior Renal Pharmacist, you will deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to renal dialysis patients across Redland Hospital and Redland Satellite Health Centre.

In this role, you will:
Deliver evidence-based clinical pharmacy services to renal patients
Provide expert clinical advice and support to pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams
Conduct medication reviews, assessments and discharge planning activities
Participate in quality improvement, research and medication safety initiatives
Contribute to the development and review of clinical practices and protocols

About you

You are an experienced and patient-focused pharmacist with advanced clinical knowledge and a collaborative approach to healthcare delivery.

You will demonstrate:
Advanced clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience in hospital practice
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Experience managing complex patient workloads and discharge planning
