The Role Recipe

Coordinate reception and front-of-house operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage office supplies, meeting rooms, mail, deliveries, and general office upkeep.
Provide high-quality administrative support to the People & Culture team, including purchase orders, travel bookings, and record management.
Organise and deliver engagement initiatives such as events, recognition programs, and surveys for the Support Office.
Track and report on engagement activities and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding logistics.
Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and office procedure records.

Key Ingredients

Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or coordination roles.
Proven ability to support HR, recruitment, or engagement activities (desirable).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Positive, adaptable, and customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
A valid driver's licence and access to a vechile are essential for this role
