Full Job Description

We're excited to welcome a Nurse Manager or Program Manager to our Continuing Care Team South.

Your opportunity is to manage the operational delivery of clinical services for this multi-disciplinary clinical team within the Continiung Care Team within Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. You will also apply well-developed clinical knowledge and skills to contribute to the strategic direction of this team and provide authoritative advice to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a specialist level of skill in one or more areas of a complex or critical nature with the ability to independently apply specialist and novel judgement to meet the needs of patients across the continuum of care.
Provide high-level clinical support and advice to staff within the multidisciplinary team (MDT) with the management and problem solving regarding clinically complex patients.
Possess advanced clinical leadership abilities and facilitates the integration of services across specialties within a clinical area to coordinate the delivery of effective community / sub-acute team services across Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

Remuneration value up to $174 208 p.a., comprising salary between $140 632 - $152 685 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (NG7) or Remuneration value up to $172 615 p.a., comprising salary between $144 991 - $151 289 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP5). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
