About the role

As the Lead Executive Assistant, you will help create the conditions for strong leadership and organisational effectiveness by:

Providing proactive support to the CEO and Executive Team
Leading and developing Scope's Community of Practice for Executive Assistants
Coordinating communication, planning and organisational activities that enable better decision-making
Building strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
Supporting the smooth operation of Scope's Hawthorn office and executive services

You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgement, and can confidently navigate competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

Our process and commitments

Position Description

The selection process for this role will include two interviews, and may include psychometric and aptitude assessments.

While applications will close for this role on Friday 4th September, we will be reviewing and screening applications over the advertising period.
