As a CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR within Multiplex, you will assist the Contracts Manager in the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximisations, variations, reporting and administration.

The successful candidate will need:

Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role within construction
Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and tendering processes
Sound financial and commercial acumen
Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation on large scale projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline
