Bring our brands to life
We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded Brand and Marketing Manager to join our Product team and play a key role in bringing Aesthetics Rx® and Balense® to life across Australia.
This is a hands-on role for a marketer who loves turning strategy into compelling campaigns, content and experiences. You’ll lead the creative development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, clinic, ATL and BTL channels, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand experience that drives awareness, engagement, acquisition and commercial performance.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and collaborate across Product, Marketing and Clinic teams, as well as external PR, social, SEM and SEO agencies and retail partners including Adore and Myer.
What you’ll be doing
Creative & Marketing Campaigns

Develop customer-focused marketing collateral for in-clinic promotions, campaigns and LAM events.
Create compelling creative assets for new product launches across digital, paid media, e-commerce and clinic channels.
Develop brochures, presentations, packaging artwork, planograms and other branded materials to support retail growth and distributor activations.
Support brand activity across conferences, expos and other key industry events.
Maintain brand asset libraries, model usage rights and design compliance.
Manage and maximise the use of OMI, our AI digital image platform.

Social Media & Content

Create, capture and publish engaging photo and video content across social media platforms.
Brief and manage our TikTok media agency and content plan.
Own social media calendars, scheduling and community management.
Support our PR agency with organic and paid influencer and brand ambassador activity.
Prepare monthly social performance reports, identifying key insights and opportunities.

Photography & Video

Coordinate end-to-end photography and video shoots, from creative concept and briefing through to final asset delivery.
Develop shot lists, coordinate samples and suppliers, and manage shoot-day logistics.
Attend key events and activations to capture brand and campaign content.
Edit and repurpose content for paid advertising, training, websites and organic social channels.

Marketing Calendar & Communications

Partner with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute tactical marketing and promotional calendars across clinic, online, retail, third-party and future international channels.
Coordinate campaign activity across multiple stakeholders and channels.
Prepare and distribute weekly marketing communications, keeping internal teams informed of campaigns, brand updates and key initiatives.

Compliance & Brand Governance

Operate in accordance with company values, policies, standards and Code of Conduct.
Ensure marketing activity complies with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
Act ethically and responsibly when managing company assets, suppliers, partners and stakeholders.

What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ marketing experience who combines strong creative instincts with excellent organisation, project management and commercial awareness.

You’ll ideally have:

Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong digital content creation skills, particularly across photo and video.
Excellent knowledge of Meta and TikTok platforms.
Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or other content editing tools.
Proven experience coordinating photography and video shoots from briefing through to delivery.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights.
A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline.
