The difference you’ll make

As Senior Digital Growth Manage, you'll report directly to the Head of Growth and Product Marketing. You'll be responsible for the full funnel of growth and product marketing execution: briefing and managing agencies, optimising paid media, driving search (traditional and AI), briefing creative and copy, testing and optimising bridgit.com.au, and taking new product launches from brief to go-live.

We’re in a high growth phase, scaling fast across both direct to consumer and Broker channels and this role sits right at the centre of that push. It's a broad, hands-on remit for someone who wants ownership and impact fast, in a scale-up that moves quickly.

What you’ll do

Manage our agency roster - brief, direct and optimise paid media, creative and other agency partners accountable for performance, timelines and budget.
Run paid media performance - plan, launch and optimise campaigns across channels, working with agencies and in-house tools to hit growth targets.
Own search, traditional and AI - drive organic visibility through SEO and get ahead of how AI powered search and assistants surface and recommend Bridgit.
Lead website optimisation and experimentation -run CRO and A/B testing on bridgit.com.au and bespoke partner landing pages to lift conversion at every stage.
Brief and shape copy and creative - work with design and product marketing to produce on-brand copy and creative across paid, web and partner assets.
Support product launches and go-to-market - partner with Product and Partnerships to plan and execute the marketing activity behind new product and feature launches.
Bring ideas to the table - contribute short and long term growth opportunities, and help prioritise what will move volume fastest.
Report on what's working - track performance against website traffic and application volume and use the data to sharpen the next test or campaign.

Your skills and experience

7 - 10+ years' experience across growth, performance or digital marketing, ideally with exposure to both paid media and organic/SEO.
Hands-on experience managing agencies and holding them to a performance standard and driving throughput.
A working knowledge of website optimisation and experimentation (CRO, A/B testing, landing page builds).
Comfort briefing and shaping copy and creativity.
Confidence working with data - GA4, Search Console and similar tools — to tell a clear story about performance.
A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity and moving fast in a high-growth environment.
Clear, confident communication - you'll be working with senior stakeholders as well as briefing agencies and designers.

Bonus points for:

Experience in fintech, lending or another highly regulated industry.
Exposure to AI/generative search optimisation (AEO/GEO), not just traditional SEO.
Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market plans in a marketing capacity.
Startup or scale-up experience.
