A commercially driven trading leader accountable for the daily and weekly trade performance of the Seafolly, JETS and Tigerlily websites across all global markets. You will own the onsite trading plan, using merchandising, promotions, pricing and content levers to deliver revenue and margin targets, and lead a team of Ecommerce Executives to execute at pace.
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will run the weekly trade cadence, translate performance data into clear onsite actions, and partner with planning, marketing and technology teams to convert demand into profitable sales.

You will:
Own the daily and weekly trade performance of the Seafolly, JETS and Tigerlily websites across all markets, delivering revenue and margin targets.
Run the weekly trade cadence, providing performance analysis and clear recommendations across traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV), units per transaction (UPT), margin and sell-through.
Trade the websites using onsite merchandising levers including product sorting, category optimisation, collection curation, content updates, search merchandising and promotional placement.
Manage the onsite promotional and markdown calendar, ensuring campaigns are planned, executed and reviewed to maximise commercial outcomes.
Monitor and actively manage margin through pricing, discounting, stock allocation, shipping thresholds and full-price sell-through.
Partner closely with Merchandise Planning to optimise stock performance, support markdown decisions and identify demand opportunities.
Identify and implement opportunities to increase conversion, basket size, cross-sell and upsell performance.
Lead the ongoing optimisation roadmap across CRO, onsite search, navigation, user experience and A/B testing.
Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear visibility of ecommerce performance.
Support SEO best practice across trading activity and onsite content updates.
Research customer behaviour, competitor activity and market trends, translating insights into actionable trading initiatives.
Lead, coach and develop Ecommerce Executives, prioritising workload and building team capability.
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, IT, Logistics and external partners to ensure seamless execution and ongoing improvement of the ecommerce experience.
You have:
Strong experience (typically 5+ years) in ecommerce with direct responsibility for onsite trading, revenue and commercial performance, ideally within fashion, swimwear or apparel.
Proven success delivering revenue and margin growth across multi-brand and/or multi-market ecommerce businesses.
Strong understanding of ecommerce trade metrics including traffic, conversion, AOV, UPT, sell-through, stock cover, markdown performance and returns.
Demonstrated experience managing promotional activity and markdown strategies while protecting margin and full-price mix.
Advanced Shopify Plus experience, including platform functionality, integrations and the broader Shopify ecosystem.
Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and ecommerce performance analysis.
Experience using merchandising and analytics tools such as Style Arcade or similar platforms.
Experience leading and developing team members in a fast-paced retail or ecommerce environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross-functionally with Planning, Marketing and Technology teams.
Experience with CRO tools including A/B testing, heat mapping and session replay platforms.
Understanding of digital marketing channels and how they contribute to onsite performance.
Power BI, AP21 and marketplace experience highly regarded.
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into commercial action.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
