We're looking for a confident and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate high-quality, sales-ready appointments for our experienced Business Development Managers.

This is a true outbound role and is not suited to entry-level candidates.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll be introducing businesses to industry-leading solutions including:

- ️ Cisco Cloud Hosted Phone Systems & Webex
Business Internet & Telecommunications
AI Communications & Business Automation
️ MFP Copiers & Print Management
CCTV & Security Solutions

Your Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Outbound B2B prospecting to SME decision-makers
Cold calling, warm follow-ups and targeted prospecting
Building rapport and uncovering genuine business needs
Qualifying commercial opportunities
Booking high-quality appointments for our field sales team
Managing your CRM pipeline and maintaining accurate records
Consistently achieving appointment, quality and conversion KPIs

Our Business Development Managers achieve 30%+ appointment-to-sale conversion rates

You book the opportunity. Our experienced BDMs close the deal. You get paid when it converts.

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you'll have:

✅ Proven outbound B2B appointment setting, telemarketing or sales experience (essential)
✅ Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers
✅ Strong objection handling and closing skills
✅ Confidence, professionalism and resilience on the phone
✅ Excellent communication and rapport-building ability
✅ Strong CRM and pipeline management skills
✅ A competitive, results-driven mindset

This role is not suited to candidates whose experience is primarily inbound customer service, retail sales or script-based call centre work.
