About the role
You'll own the commercial engine of hipages' marketplace. Shaping what tradies pay and the value they feel they get for it. Lead the pricing, packaging and upgrade experiences that grow MRR, with results read at the SLT level and real scope to build a repeatable value-capture engine for FY27 and beyond.

How you will add value
- Own the upgrade and add-on experience end-to-end, growing MRR against the FY27 target.
- Own subscription pricing and the shape of the packages — what's in each tier, what it costs, and how tradies move between them.
- Validate the highest-impact pricing and packaging opportunities, starting with rookies and entry-level packages, and launch and prove the first initiative.
- Build the repeatable engine for finding, testing and scaling the next source of customer value, rather than chasing a one-off win.
- Run a disciplined experimentation practice — clear hypotheses, sound methodology, and honest reads of significance that the whole business can trust.
- Build with AI as the default, embedding it into your own workflow and into the team's evaluation and cost-awareness from the start.
About you
- 5+ years in Product Management, including cross-functional teams shipping production software in a marketplace, B2C, or commercial or monetisation context.
- Demonstrated ownership of pricing, packaging, or subscription products, with results measured in revenue, MRR, or value per customer.
- Strong experimentation track record — you've designed and run A/B tests where the methodology mattered and the money was real, and you can explain your significance calls.
- Fluency with data tooling (Databricks or equivalent) is sufficient to answer your own product questions without a queue.
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen, and clear thinking under ambiguity.
