Warehouse Supervisor

The opportunity:
Onelink is seeking suitably experienced and motivated team members for the position of Warehouse Supervisor (one for AM & one for PM shifts respectively).
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the accurate and efficient assembly and despatch of orders to all customers within the time frame allocated. The accurate and efficient receiving, put-away and replenishment of stock is vital to the assembly operation, and the Warehouse Supervisor must ensure that they are completed efficiently and on-time.
The Warehouse Supervisor will provide a point of contact for both internal and external customers for business systems and related problems or requests and to always look for ways to improve the business. They must also provide coverage for other supervisors when required. The Warehouse Supervisor must be able to drive and lead a multi-cultural workforce with the ability to influence their behaviours in developing and maintaining a lean culture.
What you will do:
Service: Ensure customer orders are assembled on time with high level accuracy. Ensure Orion Systems, PC systems and technology used within the business are always operating at peak performance and all end users are adequately supported.
Productivity: Achieve functional targets.
Quality: Ensure quality standards are met and champion continuous improvement.
Safety: Continually improve safety performance and standards.
Costs: Ensure labour and materials costs are aligned with budget or better.
What we are looking for:
Excellent culture building, time management, communication, and organization skills.
Aptitude and experience in coordinating people/teams to ensure the meeting of deadlines.
Ability to contribute to a harmonious working environment with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when dealing with staff and customers.
An extensive working knowledge and understanding of the warehouse management system and operation of the computer equipment used by Onelink.
Ability to supervise and provide direction & guidance to other employees including the ability to assist in the provision of high level on the job training and induction.
