Full Job Description

Bolton Clarke Group one of Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit providers of home care, retirement living and residential aged care, operating nationally and internationally. Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD, NSW, VIC, SA & WA, with the inclusion of the Allity, McKenzie & Acacia Living Group.

About the Role

As a Finance Officer in the Home and Community team you will play a key role in managing financial tasks including processing payments, reconciling accounts, and addressing creditor queries to ensure accurate financial records.

The role is Monday- Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm with the opportunity to work a day from home after training.

Responsibilities include:

Process invoices for suppliers, associated entities, and third-party providers.
Perform accurate and timely data entry into financial systems.
Assist with invoice reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Respond to supplier, customer, provider, and internal stakeholder enquiries.
Escalate complex issues and discrepancies when required.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support billing, claiming, reconciliation and reporting activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:

Demonstrated experience in transactional finance and invoice processing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience with financial or operational systems.
