Franklin Family Law is a boutique family law practice based in Coorparoo. We are a close-knit team committed to delivering exceptional client service in family law and commercial legal matters.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant — someone who is proactive, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. This isn't a passive support role: we want someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and isn't afraid to chase us up when needed. A background in paralegal work is highly regarded, though we'd love to hear from candidates who bring strong skills in accounts, marketing, or social media too.

Key Responsibilities

Managing busy diaries and scheduling
Inbox management and correspondence
Proactive follow-ups and action chasing
Drafting documents and communications
Coordinating tasks and priorities across the firm
Contributing creative and innovative ideas
Liaising with clients and third parties

About You

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive — you follow up without being asked
Confident managing competing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Discreet and professional at all times
Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas
Self-starter comfortable working independently

Bonus Skills — Any of These Make You Stand Out

Paralegal experience (preferred) — legal document preparation, court filings, file management
Social media and marketing — content creation, scheduling, online presence
Accounts experience — bookkeeping, invoicing, or trust accounting familiarity
