Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Efficiently prepare and cook dishes according to our established recipes and standards
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
Work harmoniously with Head Chef and kitchen staff while maintaining effective communication to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels, tracking food costs, and minimising waste
Follow all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

About You

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have:

Have a relevant associate degree, advanced diploma or diploma or at least 3 years of relevant experience

We are looking for someone who:

Is passionate about preparing high-quality Asian cuisine, with direct experience navigating the fast-paced demands of a busy restaurant kitchen.
Thrives under pressure, demonstrating strong adaptability and multi-tasking abilities during peak service times.
Upholds strict standards of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene regulations.
People-oriented team player with clear communication skills and a strong commitment to outstanding customer service.

Salary

The salary range for the position is from $80,000 to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
