Position Description
We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team on a full-time basis.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Efficiently prepare and cook dishes according to our established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Work harmoniously with Head Chef and kitchen staff while maintaining effective communication to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels, tracking food costs, and minimising waste
- Follow all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
About You
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have:
- Have a relevant associate degree, advanced diploma or diploma or at least 3 years of relevant experience

- Is passionate about preparing high-quality Asian cuisine, with direct experience navigating the fast-paced demands of a busy restaurant kitchen.
- Thrives under pressure, demonstrating strong adaptability and multi-tasking abilities during peak service times.

Salary
The salary range for the position is from $80,000 to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
