GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Projects / Implementatoin Consultant to manage the full lifecycle of MYOB Acumatica project / implementation services in our Perth office. The successful applicant will operate as a business analyst and functional subject matter expert. You will have over 5 years experience working with Acumatica as well as the ability to solve problems and deliver efficiencies for our clients.
You will gather detailed information from clients about their requirements, operations, processes, objectives, and challenges, and determine the most appropriate solutions. You will ensure a collective understanding among stakeholders. You will create and validate design documents to meet client-specific requirements, focusing on delivering specifications during the build, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live phases. You will configure MYOB Acumatica modules, conduct user acceptance testing, and provide end-user training to ensure a successful go-live. As the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, you will provide guidance, support, and updates, addressing all concerns. You will create and maintain documentation, manage revenue and costs, and ensure efficient delivery of services within agreed budgets and timeframes. Project management will involve planning, monitoring, stakeholder management, and proactive communication with clients. You will manage data and documentation confidentially, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate revenue from services within existing client base.
- Business analysis during the design phase of implementations.
- Carry out end to end consulting for Phase 2 projects for existing sites including quoting, solution design, delivery, training, go live and post go live assistance.
- Provide specialised services to other teams and team members.

Technical Skills:
- Implementation Consulting experience in mid-tier ERP systems Experience with MYOB Advanced/Acumatica (Advanced level) Certification in MYOB Advanced/Acumatica Extensive experience with mid-tier ERP platforms like MYOB Advanced/Acumatica, Netsuite, MS Dynamics 365, or SAP Business ByDesign Advanced MS Excel skills, including data extraction, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data validation functions Understanding of accounting concepts Project experience in mid-tier ERP systems Knowledge of C# and .NET Framework Knowledge of database management, including SQL database management and writing queries Knowledge of web services and APIs, including REST APIs for integrating Acumatica with other systems Experience with version control systems, particularly GitHub, for managing code versions
Educational Background:
- A degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Business Administration, or a related field An accounting qualification or appropriate experience in accounting in larger companies.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
